 Stay strong, for sometimes strength is all you have,

The battle isn't easy

Life can be hard,

trials come to make you strong,

endurance,

strength,

are your keys to overcoming life challenges 

don't let the challenges of life ovecome you, for you are strong

you are a warrior,

you are an overcomer,

look yourself in the mirror and say

I am strong
