Poem: Dont Do it

 Wait, before you think about harming yourself,

you are valuable,

Life can be hard,

Dont give up after a bad day, or a bad season,

you can win,

Take it day by day,

go get some fresh air,

Go for a walk along the water,

Listen to your favorite songs

Don't end your life 

you are loved, even though you don't know it

Look yourself in the mirror and say, I will overcome

Life has challenges 

Don't let life challenges conquer you,

Don't let the demons conquer you
