Forgive me O'Lord

 Many times I left your side,

I went astray.

Sin held me bound,

forgive me, Almighty God for going astray,

forgive me for enjoying the pleasures of sin.

Help me to not go astray,

forgive me, Almighty for disobedience,

I want to obey your word,

I desire to be new again,

Have mercy on my soul,

keep me in your hand so I want backslid again,

you are a holy God, I want to be holy for you are holy

wash my clean

Make me new again,

for I desire to be in your will,

please don't abandon me,

please as I repent and to never go back again,
